(Mick Akers | Pahrump Valley Times) – The third round of campaign contribution and expense reports were released this week and show that state Assembly District incumbent James Oscarson drew in more money, from far more donors than opponent Dennis Hof.
Oscarson pulled in $88,500 in contributions from 71 donors, compared to that of famed brothel owner Hof, who drew in $50,106 from two donors, with $50,000 coming from himself.
The report covers the period from June 10 through Oct. 14.
The total amount Oscarson has drawn in since Jan. 1 is $228,404, while Hof has brought in $60,000 total. Oscarson’s total amount of expenses during the third period was $95,688 and $225,195 total.
Hof’s total expenses for this period were $66,750, which is also the total of his entire campaign expenses so far.
